Baby Room Reveal

Matt and I had an absolute blast designing our baby girl’s room! We’re completely in sync with our style and creativity, and the room turned out just how we imagined. It’s a beautiful blend of soft, feminine hues, with subtle touches of cream and black for contrast. Surprisingly, all of our furniture is from Baby Letto—they truly have the cutest pieces. It was also crucial to us that everything be non-toxic and Greenguard Certified, which means the products meet strict chemical emissions standards. I’ll admit, I only learned about this after getting pregnant!

The standout piece in the room is the rouge-colored teddy fabric recliner—it’s such a striking focal point with its unexpected color. We literally designed the room around it! We also stacked the books we received at our baby shower on this acrylic side table, which has become a mini art installation.

The room is also filled with sentimental treasures. One of the most meaningful touches is the framed lyrics to “Cruisin’” by Smokey Robinson, our first dance song at our wedding. Above it is my grandmother’s feather hat, which my mom had shadowboxed for me a few years ago. We didn’t plan for these items to be part of the nursery, but they naturally found their place, and it couldn’t be more perfect.
