Best and Worst Dressed 2010 Emmy Awards
WOW! What a whirlwind the Emmy’s were. From gifting suites, to all the parties, and then styling the E! Emmy’s pre-show, I am absolutely exhausted from all the fabulousness.
The Emmy’s red carpet was a sea of black and blue with a sprinkling of white and pastels. To be honest, the fashion was anti-climactic for me. I wasn’t overly impressed and it was kind of hard for me to pick my BEST of the best. Sure, everyone looked beautiful, I just like to give my “best dressed” award to the women who really nail it in a special way.
Athough I was feeling blue about the fashion, my top 3 picks were wearing it!!!
Best Dressed:

January Jones in Versace. This is a tough dress to carry but she’s young enough to take that risk rocked it hair to toe.

Lea Michele in Oscar De La Renta. Very elegant, but a tad “safe”. All in all she looked gorge.

Jane Krakowski in Escada. Polished, the navy is rich and glamorous
Most Boring:
From Kim K. who’s at the top of her stardom, to Jenna Ushkowtiz, actress on the major hit show GLEE, I was expecting MUCH more. You may not know that there is a HUGE pecking order when it comes to which designers will lend to certain celebs based on their star quality for these awards shows. With that being said, I know that TONS of designers had endless amazing options for these girls. I feel that we have seen these dresses for the past 5 years their stylist should have thought more outside of the box. BOREzzzzzz

Kim Kardashian in Marchesa

Jenna Ushkowitz in Kevan Hall
Worst Dressed:
YIKES!! I wasn’t sure if we were at a fiesta or the Emmy’s when I saw these girls! I almost asked for a marg and some chips and salsa when I saw them on the red carpet.

Mindy Kaling in Aguri Sagimor

Naya Rivera in Simin ( its an absolute crime to turn a 23 year old young starlet into someone who looks 40 going to a 90’s prom) call me girl!!
CLOSE BUT NO CIGAR
I always love a girl who can take a risk and wear something unexpected and edgy. The draping and hem of the dress is all wrong. Because the embellishment up top is so thick, a steamlined hem would have worked better to balance it out.

Anna Paquin in Alexander McQueen

Hair Battle Spectacular says “Please leave the stage” to Cajmonet….
This week I met the #1 bad girl herself, Miss Natalie Nunn. I have to say, at first I was like Oh Sh*t….that crazy girl is coming on this show??? But right when I met her, I knew she was cool. I even got into it with her a little bit in this weeks episode! In the end, Cajmonet didn’t make the cut, and with the collaboration of my fellow judges thoughts, I delivered my “famous” exit line of “Please leave the stage”
Tune in next week for new dramzzz and crazy hair battling!

Lindsay’s Lusts: TKEES: Somewhere over the rainbow there is a flip flop in EVERY color imaginable!
TKEES, the self proclaimed , “Cosmetics for your feet” flip-flop collection is the best thing to happen to flip-flops since Havaianas. The best part is, is that they come in over 40 colors and they are slightly dressier then the rubber staple we all have.
I have the pewter color and the black and I adore. Buy them up baby!!

“Creams” Bluebird – $48.00
